Data Export and Deletion
How customers can retrieve their data, disconnect Amazon and close an organization.

An organization administrator can create a tenant-scoped JSON export from Organization settings. The generated file is accessible only through the authenticated organization and marketplace scope.
Disconnect Amazon
Removing a seller connection clears the encrypted refresh token, disables its marketplaces and stops queued work. Where supported, Amazon authorization is also revoked.
Delete an organization
In Organization settings, choose the deletion action and enter the organization name exactly. Access is disabled immediately. Active tenant data is scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days, while backup copies expire according to the backup retention policy.
Assisted requests
If the administrator cannot access the account, submit a request through Support. Identity and authority must be verified before data is exported or deleted.
