How SellerWeave handles account, catalog and operational data during the invitation-only beta.

Last updated: 27 September 2026

Data we process

We process account identity, organization membership, access permissions, security logs and the Amazon seller data that an authorized customer asks us to retrieve. Depending on enabled modules, this can include catalog listings, marketplace issues, variation plans, inventory counts and report results.

Amazon credentials

Seller authorization is completed through Amazon OAuth. Refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and are never displayed in the interface, API responses or logs. Each token is used only for its authorized seller connection and marketplace.

Purpose and sharing

We use the data to provide the requested Amazon management features, protect accounts, diagnose failures and meet legal obligations. We do not sell customer data. Data is shared only with Amazon APIs, infrastructure providers needed to operate the service, or authorities when legally required.

Retention and control

Organizations can export their data and remove Amazon connections at any time. An organization deletion request blocks active access immediately and schedules tenant data for deletion after 30 days. Encrypted backups expire under the documented backup retention schedule.

Contact

Privacy requests can be submitted through the support page. We may need to verify the requester’s organization role before releasing or deleting data.
